The aim of this department is to foster talented individuals who can provide development for the food

industry and become nutritionists who contribute to public health by addressing the following needs: having basic knowledge in areas such as cooking, processing, changes in food quality during storage process, stability and metabolism of nutrients in foods, human development and nutrition, disease and nutrition management, and the management of catering.
